 Welcome to the Third Council District Website!
I am both proud and excited to serve as the Councilman for the Third District.
This district has so much to offer. From the beautiful Madrid Theater to Warner Center to Reseda, this district is rich in history, culture, and diversity.
It is my goal as the Councilman for the Third District to address the district's most important concerns. During my term, I plan to focus on public safety, Neighborhood Councils, graffiti abatement, and those issues facing our seniors and youth. I will make addressing the problems that affect my constituents my number one priority. My staff is ready, willing, and able to assist in any way necessary to improve the quality of life in the Third District.
However, I can't do this alone. I view this job as a partnership between myself and the community I was elected to serve. If there is a problem or concern in Canoga Park, Reseda, Tarzana, West Hills, Woodland Hills, or Winnetka that needs to be addressed, I invite you to bring that issue to the attention of my staff.
