Yolanda is most likely to be the first person you will speak with when you call the City Hall office. She will answer your questions, assist you with requests for service, or connect you with the appropriate staff member.

Before joining Council President Garcetti's staff, Yolanda worked for the City Clerk's Election Division for more than ten years.
