Sally Martinez
Glassell Park Office Manager/Senior Caseworkers, District Office

Sally Martinez is the Glassell Park Field Office Manger and the Senior Caseworker for the District Office. She handles day-to-day office functions and provides general support for the operation of the office. Sally also follows up with city departments to make sure that all complaints and concerns are resolved, handles the input of data into the contact management system, and is the queen of managing phone and walk-in cases. In addition, Sally assists the district director, prepares new employee packages, processes bus requests, order supplies, and schedules the Councilmember's office hours. If you've got a problem, Sally always has a solution.

Prior to working for the City of LA, Sally worked for the U.S. House of Representatives for 13 years as the District Office Manager of Congressman Marty Martinez (no relation). Before that, she was a manager for 10 years at Montgomery Ward's corporate office. Sally attended East LA College.

Sally has two grandchildren, Lanie (1 yr.) and Taylor (3 yrs.), whom she loves dearly.
