Billie Jean Londoño
Caseworker

Billie Jean Londoño represents Councilmember Garcetti as a Caseworker for CD13. Serving as a liaison between residents and city departments, Billie Jean cuts the bureaucratic red tape for constituents. If you've got an issue with trees, streets, sidewalks, lights, sanitation, preferential parking, speed humps or just about any city-related matter, she can help. Billie Jean is also fluent in Spanish.

Prior to working for our Hollywood office Billie Jean was a Council Aide for the City Hall Office. She handled the front desk, answering all incoming phone calls, and directing calls, emails, letters and in-person requests to the appropriate staff member. Billie Jean worked at the local non-profit organization Pacific Asian Consortium in Employment (PACE) for 10 years in the Administrative Department.

Billie Jean was born and raised in Council District 13 and continues to be loyal to the 13th district by working for Councilmember Garcetti. She has 3 girls, Annette, Alexis, and Alyssa. With 3 energetic girls she does not have much spare time, but when she gets the chance, Billie Jean loves to ride motorcycles, swim, skate, and write.
