Marina is responsible for assisting the Planning Deputy in matters relating to planning, zoning, entitlements and other land use matters.
Marina graduated from the University of California, San Diego, where she earned her Bachelors degree in Urban Studies and Planning. She completed her honors thesis on the role of community-based activism in the success of urban Latino youth.
Currently, she is attending UCLA, working towards her masters degree urban planning, while working part time for CD11.
A South Bay native, Marina returned to Los Angeles to join the Rosendahl team
