  • Goal 1 - Provide consistently high quality services through a system that is user-friendly and responsive to business, service providers, and job seekers
  • Goal 2 - Provide job training for first-time job seekers, unemployed individuals, and incumbent workers that is focused on demand occupations with career paths that lead to self-sufficiency and that includes all of the skills employers and employees need
  • Goal 3 - Promote collaboration and leverage of funds and resources
  • Goal 4 - Provide quality assurance through a system of standards and accountability
  • Goal 5 - Improve services to business
