The submission deadline has been extended by two weeks.
The Industrial Development Authority (IDA) of the City of Los Angeles is issuing a request for proposals (RFP) from qualified firms or individuals to provide financial advisory services. It is the City and the IDA’s intention to select a qualified firm, which will contribute toward efficient and effective implementation of the various programs currently provided. In performing these services, the successful Financial Advisor will work as part of the bond team, under direct supervision of the IDA management and the IDA Board.
The City and the IDA assist small and mid-sized manufacturing companies in the Empowerment Zone with below market interest rate financing. It is anticipated that the selected firm will also assist the City and the IDA with transactions relating to tax-exempt equipment only purchases and taxable bond issues, where applicable.
