Description
Initial filing of a subdivision map that contains less than four lots (parcel maps) begins at the Planning Department. The Planning Department asks Engineering for recommendations regarding public improvements, including but not limited to street dedications, street improvements (including private streets), sewer and storm drain designs and geotechnical soils. The developer can contact the Land Development Group for the status of Engineering's report to the Planning Department for the subdivision.
