Non Special Event Street/Alley Closure

Description
An applicant that wishes to close a street or alley for purposes other than a special event must first apply at their respective Council District Office. The Council District Office will determine whether the Bureau of Engineering's Land Development Group shall do an investigation as to the feasibility of closing the street or alley for a period of up to 18 months. After completing its investigation, the Land Development Group submits its recommendation to the Council District Office.
