Description
The Land Development Group (LDG) investigates relinquishments, quitclaims, future street and future alley acceptance, and street names. LDG also releases agreements with documents that lot-tie a property, such as an insurance waiver, where a clause in the document states that Engineering will be responsible for the release. New street names or change to street names are approved and can be applied for by contacting the LDG.
