Description
W-Permits are given for construction work on private property within a natural watercourse. A natural watercourse is a natural ravine with a tributary area of 20 acres. Any person desiring to construct, reconstruct, or repair any natural watercourse, or any structure in any natural watercourse must obtain a W-Permit. You may apply for a W-Permit at a Bureau of Engineering District Office.
