Description
The Industrial Development Authority (IDA) facilitates tax-exempt financing in the form of Industrial Development Bonds (IDB) for manufacturing, production and value-added processing activities within the City of Los Angeles. Large manufacturing and production equipment purchases may also be eligible. IDBs may be issued for up to $10 million for each project, and can include up to 2% of upfront costs.
