Description
The Bureau of Contract Administration evaluates and certifies businesses as Small and Local Business Enterprises (SLBE)for all City personal services and public works construction contracts. An SLBE is defined as a business whose principal office is located within the County of Los Angeles. It also disseminates information on the City's SLBE program.
