In the management of the City's urban forest, the Urban Forestry Division (UFD) interfaces with many other urban forest professionals. Many of the Division's management and supervisory staff serve on professional organization boards and others volunteer in professional functions that advance urban forest issues. Additionally, the majority of Division management and supervisory staff are Certified Arborists and members of several professional organizations.
