One of the City's most scenic streets is Los Feliz Boulevard where it runs from the north end of Western Avenue to Riverside Drive skirting the southern foot of Griffith Park . It is a wide boulevard with very large parkways in front of some of the City's grand old homes.

A distinct portion of the boulevards charm is due to the Deodar Cedar street trees. The impressive evergreens began to be planted here in the 1940's. The trees are now listed on the City's Historic Cultural Monument list.
