Evergreen tree, Fan Palm tree. Moderate growth rate, 15 - 25' in height
with 10 - 20' spread.
FOLIAGE:
Palmate frond leaf type, 3' wide, green in color, with long smooth
unarmed stalks.
FLOWERS:
Long, slender inflorescence. Yellow.
FRUIT:
Succulent, indehiscent, egg shaped drupe, edible, green to black in color.
1" in size.
EXPOSURE:
Full sun. Hardiness; Sunset zones: 13 - 24.
SOIL:
Well drained.
WATER:
Supplemental water.
PESTS/DISEASES:
No significant pests.
PRUNING:
To remove dead fronds.
