Reporting Crime

Crime reports or other violations of law or court orders must be made to a law enforcement/investigatory agency. To report a non-emergency crime in the City of Los Angeles contact the Los Angeles Police Department, or the agency with jurisdiction over the violation. Non-emergency crimes include crimes in progress or other situations that require police response, but that are non-life threatening, such as loud parties, a group of juveniles loitering in front of your home, neighbor disputes, etc.
