Sewer Odor Complaint Hotline

A crew will be dispatched to investigate the odor complaint and will correct the problem immediately if possible. A supervisor in the Bureau of Sanitation will call you back to report the results of the investigation.

Between the hours of 12:30 a.m. through 6:00 a.m., please call 3-1-1 to expedite your request.
