NOTE ON CHANGE OF RESERVATION SYSTEM:
The Department of Recreation and Parks appreciates your patience during the recent transition of the Automated Golf and Tennis Reservation System. The contract for the previous system had expired and been renewed on an interim basis through March 10, 2004, so that the Department could conduct a competitive Request for Proposal process to award a new contract. On April 7, 2004, upon decision of the Board of Recreation and Park Commissioners to award the contract to a new different system provider, the former provider de-activated our use of their system. The Department immediately worked with the new vendor, US e-Golf, to install the new system and get the Department operational again, and that was accomplished in only a few days. The new vendor also has been working diligently to customize the program so that we again offer important features--for example, many of our customers desired restoration of the “best available” feature, which was uploaded as of Thursday, May 13, 2004. Enhancements and customization will continue, and we hope you notice positive changes over time. Again, we thank you for your support and patience as we ensure continued operation of the system during this transition.

Reservation phones are open 24 hrs a day. You may cancel, modify or confirm reservations by calling the reservation number listed above prior to 11:59 p.m. the night before.
Reservations can be made no more than one week in advance.
Reservations must be picked up 15 minutes before reserved time or the time will be given to the next in line.
Fees only apply to Reservation Cards and Pay Tennis. Open Play courts are free and are first come, first served.
Reservation cards are required to reserve tennis courts. See Tennis Reservation Card Fees above for costs.
