Department staff will compile weekly attendance sheets and monthly, quarterly and annual sports statistics for the review of supervisors, managers, the General Manager and the Board of Recreation and Park Commissioners. The General Manager will monitor the "Raise the Bar" Program by conducting a quarterly review of the Department's progress towards goals developed for each community, each district, each Region and the Department as a whole. The General Manager will evaluate the Program's progress and take necessary steps to ensure its effectiveness.
To strengthen the quality and comprehensiveness of suggestion made to improve Departmental programs and correct under-representation, the Department shall develop a team monitoring approach, incorporating members of various divisions of the Recreation and Parks Department.
