Elected Officials Support
Provide IT Support to all elected officials. we support personal computers, telephones, intrusion alarms, Netware and Windows Server support, BlackBerry Enterprise Server support, Web-based application development, communications infrastructure, network security, email administration and remote access.

3-1-1 Call Center Operations/Technical Support
3-1-1 is an easy to remember, citywide, toll free number that provides immediate access to information and to more than 1,600 City non-emergency services. Calls are answered 24 hours a day, 365 days a year by 3-1-1 Ambassadors who are trained to provide service and information, or to refer callers to the correct city agency the first time, every time.

Business Systems Support
Provide technical support services to City departments which include application design and development, post-implementation support, problem analysis, technical consulting, project management, and contractor monitor.
