The Registration Application is to be
filled out by any person operating a solid waste facility or any person who proposes
to become an operator of a solid waste facility shall file with the enforcement
agency having jurisdiction over the facility, or the board if there is no
designated and certified enforcement agency, an application for a solid waste
facilities permit.
The Standardized Permit application is to be filled out by
any person operating a solid waste facility.
Unlike full permits, Standardized permits do not contain LEA terms and
conditions and the processing timelines are shorter than a full permit.
Full Solid Waste Permit Application
In
addition to the Board's Standardized Permit Program, applicants must submit a
full solid waste permit application which includes design, operational,
financial, and closure/ postclosure requirements. The City’s local enforcement agency (LEA)
will review and make recommendations for or against concurrence in the permit
to the Board.
