Additional Services
The Linkages Program is designed to provide resources to maintain frail
elderly and functionally impaired adults in their homes to the greatest extent
possible through short term, specialized case management
and information and assistance services.
The Respite Program is designed to relieve persons who care for functionally
impaired adults or frail elderly by providing respite services or recruitment and
screening of respite care providers.
