Transportation

CityRide

The City of Los Angeles, through the Department of Transportation, sponsors a transportation subsidy program. This program is for the benefit of seniors 65 years of age or older and disabled persons of any age. For details regarding eligibility, fare, and availability of services you may call the CityRide program at (213) 808-RIDE or the Department of Aging at (213) 252-4030.

Charter Bus Program

In a separate program, sponsored through the City Council Offices but administered by the Department of Transportation, recreational charter bus services are provided through the Charter Bus Program. This program is available at no cost or at reduced cost for groups, including accessible buses. For more information regarding this service, call (213) 580-5438.
