Members of Los Angeles' Emergency Management Department can be available to make disaster preparedness presentations in Los Angeles communities to provide education on various types of disasters. Appointments are necessary and can be scheduled by calling (213)978-0532. Specific presentations include can be requested in the following categories: -individual preparation -family preparation -business preparation -preparation specific to seniors -preparation specific to handicapped persons -preparation specific to children *Note: The EMD may not be able to honor every request for presentations due to budget and availability of staff.
