The LADWP offers a number of convenient options to pay your bill. Customers can mail their payment to us or visit one of our 14 Customer Service Centers throughout the City. Our Customer Service Centers are open from 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. The offices accept cash, check, money order, cashier's check, or travelers check payments. The LADWP also offers Easy Pay. Easy Pay allows a customer to pay via Internet, IVR, or with an Automatic Debit. This program allows your bill payment to be automatically withdrawn from your bank account each billing period. With this free service, you can always be sure that your bill will be paid on time. No checks to write or stamps to lick. You will continue to receive copies of your statements showing the amount of your bill. We can also send you an email to remind you of new bills being issued with a link to view your bill on the internet. Easy Pay enrollment can be done by telephone or Internet. Once enrolled a customer can switch from pay-by-phone, pay-by-internet, or automatic debit. These options can be selected at our website www.ladwp.com. The enrolled payment options are and allow a customer to use their checking or savings account as their source of payments. We also offer non-enrolled electronic payment options through the IVR, Internet, or with the help of a Customer Service Representative. Customers can request a one-time electronic debit using a bank, other financial institution, or a credit card. The non-enrolled options have a convenience fee of $5.95 per transaction. Payments take two working days to post to the LADWP account. Customers who have received a final notice should speak with a LADWP Customer Service Representative to avoid possible interruption of service.
