The Bureau of Sanitation (BOS) provides collection services for household refuse, yard trimmings, recyclables, dead animals, excessive brush, white goods, electronic waste, and bulky items from residents serviced by the City of Los Angeles. For more information, please call the Bureau of Sanitation Call Center Monday through Friday, between 7:30am and 4:45pm at 1-800-773-2489. When scheduling collections for bulky items, white goods or electronic waste, please have an itemized list ready.
