Departmental Records Contracts City Planning Cases & Zoning Files - Call (213) 978-1259 for box numbers The City Records Center provides convenient, economical off site records storage to many City departments. Access to most departmental records requires the approval of the relevant department and a storage location/Box Number. The City Records Center can provide a contact for each department. Please request department records by box number via telephone, fax, or e-mail prior to visiting the City Records Center. Photocopiers are available at the City Records Center for self-service use at 10 cents per page.
