Council and Public Services (CPS)

The Council and Public Services Division provides services to the public, Mayor, City Council, Council Committees and other City Agencies. This Division is responsible for preparing legally required publication notices including City Ordinances as well as documenting, indexing and maintaining all Council files.

The Records Management Division operates a Records Center for storage, management and referencing of inactive City records; maintaining a City Archives for the preservation and management of historical records that date back to 1827.
