This form is intended to be used by the citizens of the City of Los Angeles as an easy way of submitting Street Lighting Customer Survey feedback electronically. Please complete the items below and select the submit button.

You may also print out the survey and mail your response to the address shown at the bottom of the survey.

Street Lighting services in the City of Los Angeles are financed through assessments to benefiting property owners. The purpose of this survey is to improve our operation and save you money.

Street Lighting services in the City of Los Angeles are the responsibility of the Bureau of Street Lighting. These services include: Installation of new electrolier streetlights, upgrading of existing electrolier streetlights, replacement of street lighting systems and street lighting system maintenance and repair. The Bureau contracts with the Department of Water and Power for limited maintenance services such as relamping, pole painting, and emergency repairs.

8. Operation Bright Lights is a year-round program directed towards improving nighttime environment for City residents. Residents are encouraged to report damaged streetlight poles, exposed wiring, burned out bulbs or any other streetlighting problem.
