This entry gateway monument provides an attractive welcome sign to the Watts Neighborhood. The gateway monument is located at the corner of Imperial Hwy. and Central Avenue. The project was collaboration between BSS, CD 15 and the community, local school children worked with BSS staff to add the colorful tile work.
