• Assist with researching and evaluating new technologies, materials and methods.

• Project specific concrete mix designs.

• Help insulate operational staff from scope changes and other distractions

• Questions about the specifications, requests to modify the scope shown on plans can be referred downtown.

• We are a resource available to any BSS division with a question about codes and standards.
