The Los Angeles Coordinated Street Furniture Program was conceived and approved by the Los Angeles City Council, and is monitored by the CIty through the Bureau of Street Services. The program is a joint effort of City officials and staff, representatives of the city's many districts and neighborhoods, and the CBS Decaux team.
