Capital Improvement Program (CIP) Technical Section

The CIP Technical Section provides the following engineering services for the Bureau of Street Services:

• Prepares street investigation reports, including recommendations
• Designs street improvement plans
• Coordinates highway relinquishments, easements, maintenance and operation agreements, and MTA Metrorail Program
• Serves as liaison between the Bureau and other agencies
